Concentric Eddy Current Separators are meticulously engineered devices designed to efficiently extract tiny non-ferrous particles from high-volume material streams across diverse recycling applications. With exceptional precision, they excel in sorting small fragments of aluminum waste and can process materials as fine as 2mm. These separators are purpose-built for identifying and removing micro non-ferrous metallic impurities, making them an ideal solution for purifying PET plastic flake streams. They are equally well-suited for glass scrap recycling and wet sorting in Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) processing.

Description

Advanced Magnetic Separation: Optional 3,000 Gauss drum magnet and 15,000 Gauss high-intensity roller effectively remove residual ferrous metals and magnetic stainless steel. Designed to protect the concentric pole eddy current separator and other recycling equipment.

Optimized Feeding System: Achieve maximum separation efficiency with an optional vibratory feeder ensuring uniform, single-layer feeding. Custom-built feeding and splitter systems enhance the extraction and recovery of non-ferrous materials.

Premium Drive and Control Systems: Equipped with ABB® driving motors as standard, with optional SEW® motors available. Featuring UL and CSA-certified electronic components, the system incorporates a variable speed control panel powered by VFDs for flexible and precise operation.

Compact, Durable Design: A maintenance-free integrated drum motor with an IP66 protection rating drives the conveyor belt, ensuring durability and operator-friendly use.

High-Performance Rotor: Featuring a high-frequency rotor made from high-performance NdFeB rare earth magnets, with a robust double-layer tubular structure. The rotor operates at speeds of 3,000-4,000 RPM, delivering a belt surface strength of up to 4,500 Gauss.

Versatile Conveyor Belts: Offers a range of conveyor belts, including thin, corrugated, PU, PVC, and rubber options, available in various widths and models. The cantilever frame design allows for rapid belt replacement in just 10 minutes.

Customizable and Durable: Our compact, integrated design features specialized surface treatments tailored to diverse industries, significantly extending equipment lifespan. Additionally, we provide customized color options to meet customer preferences.

Precision Separation Plate: A manually adjustable separation plate allows fine-tuning of angle, height, and distance, working seamlessly with rotor speed and position to ensure 100% non-ferrous metal separation. Crafted from manganese steel or Trespa, these components deliver unmatched performance and durability.
