Description
1. Equipment Purpose
The equipment is designed for crushing PVC materials, such as PVC window frames, after they have been downsized.
The incoming material should not exceed 14 millimeters in size.
2. Workflow
Feeding Stage:
- The incoming material is typically transported from the hopper to the storage container of the vibrating feeder.
- The liquid level indicator in the storage container automatically controls the material supply.
- The material is then fed into the crusher via the load-controlled vibrating feeder.
Crushing Stage:
- The material is crushed between the crusher’s crushing discs.
- The crushed powder is discharged from the machine pneumatically.

Pulverizer Blade
Separation and Screening:
- The cyclone separator separates the material from the air stream.
- The crushed PVC material is classified using a downstream screening machine.
- Coarse material is sent back to the crusher for further processing.
3. Optional Features
Temperature Control Unit:
- The working temperature during grinding is reduced by built-in piped water cooling.

Pulverizer Water Inlet
Noise Isolation Options:
- Noise isolation solutions can be provided according to the project requirements.
4. Advantages of the Equipment
- The equipment offers a high degree of automation, with both the feeding and crushing processes automatically controlled.
- Optional accessories, such as the temperature control unit and noise isolation devices, enhance the equipment’s flexibility and applicability.
