Our complete PET bottle washing line represents the latest in recycling technology, transforming baled PET bottles into high-purity flakes ready for reuse. The process begins with our heavy-duty Debaler Machine which efficiently breaks compacted bales while preserving bottle integrity. The optional Trommel with its precision screening system removes up to 95% of sand and dirt contamination before washing begins.

The system then progresses through our multi-stage washing process:
