The High-Speed Scrubbing Principle
1. Infeed
Contaminated plastic flakes are fed into the washing chamber.
2. High-Speed Friction
A rotor spins at ~520 RPM, forcing the plastic flakes to vigorously scrub against each other and the screen while water is continuously sprayed.
3. Clean Discharge
Dirt and water pass through the screen and exit via the drainage outlet, while clean flakes are conveyed out of the machine.

The friction washer is the perfect machine to use before a hot washer to remove the heavy dirt first.
