The process begins with the unpacking stage, where waste plastic materials are evenly fed into the system. Next is the shredding phase, where the plastic is broken down into smaller pieces, making it easier to clean in the subsequent stages.

Following shredding, the material enters the initial washing phase, where it’s submerged in water to remove surface contaminants. In the secondary washing stage, a more thorough cleaning ensures the removal of any remaining impurities.

For optimal cleanliness, the line includes a hot washing process, using heated water to dissolve oils and stubborn contaminants. Afterward, the plastic passes through dewatering equipment to quickly remove excess water.

Finally, the material is dried to ensure it’s fully prepared for further recycling and reuse.
