Core Components of the Production Line
This is a fully integrated system where each machine performs a critical function to deliver a consistent, high-quality output. The standard 2000kg/h line includes:
Belt Conveyor: Provides a steady, controlled feed of raw material into the system, ensuring consistent throughput.
Crusher / Shredder: Performs initial size reduction, breaking down bulky films into smaller, uniform flakes essential for thorough cleaning.
High-Speed Friction Washer: Utilises high rotational speeds to create intense friction, scrubbing flakes to remove stubborn dirt, paper labels, and other surface contaminants.
Floating Washer Tank: Separates materials based on density. Polyolefins (PE, PP) float while heavier contaminants like soil, sand, and glass sink for effective removal.
Film Squeezing Dryer: A critical dewatering stage that uses mechanical pressure to squeeze out water, reducing moisture content to below 3% and densifying the material for easy feeding into a pelletiser.
Transport Screws & Loaders: A series of robust screw conveyors that automate the transfer of material between each stage, minimising manual handling.
Central Electric Cabinet: A user-friendly, integrated control panel that manages all motors and operations for the entire line, ensuring safety and efficiency.
